Please bring a yoga mat or padded mat sleeping bag or blankets, pillow, eye cover and water. I have some blankets, bolsters and mats available for use. You will be lying down for over an hour so comfort is key. You will be bathed in the sounds of high vibrational instruments, in a meditative state between theta and delta waves.
