Custom Massage

$90 - 60 minutes $130 -90 minutes Therapeutic massage customized to your needs and areas of focus, pressure, specific techniques and balancing the muscles of the body, releasing toxins, manipulating fascia to release tension and tightness stored in the body. Essential oils and yoga balm are incorporated along with heat, leading to a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

doTerra Aroma Touch Technique

$50 - 30 minutes Aroma Touch technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. Improves well-being by reducing physical and emotional stressors and supporting healthy autonomic function. Light swedish touch used on the head, back and feet.

REIKI SESSIONS

$90 -60 minutes $130 - 90 minutes

A Reiki session is a beneficial healing modality based on energetic principles. A session is generally one hour. 90 minutes session are available. The session is performed on a client who is fully clothed and lying comfortably on a massage table. There are standard hand placements from the head to the toes with a light gentle touch or no touch. It is not a replacement for medical treatment and can be an excellent complement to your health or wellness plan. Most clients feel a sense of deep relaxation and peace.

Yoga Sessions

Private: $60 hour — One on one yoga session to help with body alignment, balance and injury recovery with the use of props according to the clients needs and level.

Corporate Sessions — For businesses that want to provide yoga to their employees on sight at your location. Bring yoga to your workplace.

Meditation Session

Private: $60 hour — Certified to teach various types of meditation. Meditation is not a one type fits all. Mantra based, trauma sensitive and sound. Can be done seated or lying down on a yoga mat or on a table surrounded by gongs for a sound bath session. Customized to the client.

Corporate Sessions — Businesses that want to provide yoga to their employees on sight at your location. Mantra based, trauma sensitive and sound.

SOUND BATH

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind, body and soul. Your physical body will receive an internal massage of every cell in your body while various instruments: gongs, Tibetan bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, tuning forks and drums are used to take you on a journey of deep meditation. Instruments are chosen intuitively per session. Group sessions are offered.
